Ingredients
200 g of caviar (my was carp)
2 eggs
salt
2 tbsp cornmeal
1 tbsp flour (wheat)

Method
Spawns cleaned from the skins and mix with a fork. Add beaten eggs, salt and two types of flour. Spoon the mixture is poured into highly heated sunflower oil. Serve with a salad of your choice.
