Ingredients
400 ham, sliced very finely
5 hard boiled eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
salt, pepper
mayonnaise
chopped parsley
crushed and lightly roasted walnuts

Method
Mash yolks with a fork, add chopped very finely egg whites, ham, parsley and onion. Add a little mayonnaise as to weld the mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper. Form balls as large walnut and roll them in pre-chopped toasted walnuts.
