Autumn chicken legs in clay casseroles

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
7-8 potatoes
2 leeks
1 onion
2 carrots
250 g fresh mushrooms mushrooms
150 g of prunes
150 g of tomato paste
2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp honey
50 g butter
100 g olive oil or sunflower oil
200 g of white wine
pepper, salt
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp nutmeg
parsley

Method
Chop on in large pieces and fry in the butter and half olive oil. After 5-6 minutes, add chopped carrots rings, mushrooms and leeks and prunes. Sprinkle with pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and salt, pour the wine and leave for 10 minutes everything to choke. During this time the potatoes are peeled and cut into large cubes, arranged in clay casseroles (5 l) and sprinkle with rosemary. Put them on the chicken legs and then stewed in a pan ingredients. In a bowl mix the rest of the olive oil, mustard, honey and tomato paste. Stir until a homogeneous mixture and pour the vegetables. Bake on 175S degrees until ready - about 2 and a half - 3 hours. After removing from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley

Wow, wow, wow ... I began to swallow! Tomorrow I'm doing this rich dish! Just for clarification: in tomato paste you mean pureed tomatoes, right? Not thick tomato paste?

It was very, very fragrant and delicious meal! I can only recommend it! The only change I made was that I swapped the wine and honey with freshly squeezed grape juice. 3 hours in the oven it went very well. The dose was my one and a half since we were plenty of people, all very pleased, otopiha your dishes :) It's one of our favorite dishes and will do again.

I put all the ingredients in raw form (without pre-Fry). Peko hour and a half in foil, then top to zapekoh only nice tan! Great dinner, maritime holiday is already behind us ... why not undergo a few culinary delights ?! :)
