Ingredients
2 cups Rice
2 chicken legs
1 sausage (about 200 g)
1 piece blood sausage
350 g pork
350 g veal
salted salo
sour cabbage 1 or 2 small
1-2 heads Checa - beetroot prepared in land as a sauerkraut
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp savory
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup water or wine

Method

I've seen are all sorts of recipes around the internet and finally decided to sit down and write. The truth is that every housewife Razlog has tested technology and recipe according to personal preferences, but in general it is traditional Razlog Kapama. Hope you like it.

Very nice recipe. And very well explained how to prepare. Currently pot is in the oven. Already smells great. The only thing that surprised me is whether half a cup of water is sufficient for rice, which is 2 pm. H?

Thanks for the recipe! Kapama did today and became very successful dish! Beetroot missed because there is no prepared according to the recipe method. Swapped with bacon fat. Added and the green part of the leeks. I can only imagine how delicious it will be original :)
