200 g biscuits
50 g walnuts
100 g butter

1 tbsp lemon zest
2 yolks
50 ml cream
30 ml rum or cognac

Method
Biscuits and the walnuts ground with blender tiny pieces, and add the soft butter, stirring well until moist biscuits.
