Chicken with rice, quinoa and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 chicken fillet
1/2 cup Rice
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 onion
olive oil for frying
parsley for sprinkling
salt and pepper, savory optional
2 tomatoes
3 cups water or chicken broth

Method
Onion stew in olive oil and add the chopped chicken. During this time, wash well the rice and quinoa, add them to the onion and chicken stew for 2-3 minutes Add the spices, pour it into a baking dish and pour 3 cups water. Arrange tomatoes previously cut into rings and bake for 30-40 minutes at 220C degrees. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. * 1 cup = 220 ml
