Mussels with mushrooms and smoked sausage

Ingredients
500 g shellfish (scallops), washed and dried
250 g mushrooms
150 g smoked sausage
2 clove garlic
1 tbsp zehtin
the juice of 1 lime
1/4 hours. h. chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Method
Olive oil and finely chopped garlic is heated in a heated frying pan. Fry for a minute and add mushrooms. Stew until soft and then subtracted. Then put cut into thin slices sausage, fried until crispy are and subtract. Mussels fry for 3-4 minutes in the fat of the sausage. Back in the pan returns sausage with chopped mushrooms, stir and sprinkle with lime juice. Allow a few seconds until the juice boil and remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.

Very tasty recipe! I love them these mussels (scallops), but the first time I make them. Easy and delicious!
