And although it did with cottage cheese (there where buying it is very nice, it is smooth, creamy, after crashing and smell of milk), the result is great :) It added vanilla, grated peel of half a lemon and dried cranberries . It was a real bouquet! Thank you for shared recipe will surely do the cake often!

Wonderful picture Reni and I do it often.

I love such rich desserts. Eat less and is enough. I made a half dose because I had only one package *Philadelphia* of 175 grams. In cheese put finely chopped candied orange korichki- recipe from this site. I used a baking pan 25/11 cm. Bravo steffanell!

Next time I will try to Philadelphia, this is an idea of the orange peels in ricotta, I'm glad that you were pleased with the cake.

great cake, thanks for the recipe :) The chocolate part is rich and thick, cheesy - soft and fresh, the two combine beautifully. Ricotta cheese was, as I put in this mixture and grated orange peel, baked in the cake pan with a hole 1. 8 l volume. Only my brown mixture get pretty thick and I did well to do pattern - think next time uttering white, brown, white, brown to mix better.

I'm glad you liked it, with orange peels is even more delicious.
