Method
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, add raw sprouted seeds and mix everything. Season with products for dressing and stir again. For seeds: raw quinoa, peeled sunflower and spelled are soaked in water separately. Quinoa soak 2 hours, and the other for 8-10 hours. Water is then poured and seeds left in the container (bowl, jar) to germinate. At least two or three times a day (at least morning and evening) it must be whimpered again with water exuding immediately afterwards, will not dry out or moldy. The seeds are ready when they are grown about 0.5 cm but not more than 1 cm. Germination time varies and depends on many factors and should be monitored. To me for about two days, the seeds are ready. Как make the sprouts - step by step and photos - here.

*oil from sunflower seeds* you mean usually oil, right?

I mean one like olive oil is more of DM, he writes Omega 3 salad oil, the brand is Alnatura. Its composition is mainly sunflower seeds 65%, but there is little linseed 10%, and one which could not translate. I do not know exactly how to say olive oil in BG, because I am in Slovakia, guess again - Omega 3.

JDulle, I found it on the website of DM - usually a mixture of oils (sunflower), flaxseed and canola. They say its Omega 3 - because flaxseed oil has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. Olive oil is not high in Omega 3, but again there are good fats in it, makes of olives and if there is another name - not olive oil :)

I tried flaxseed oil will definitely take to see how it is. If I replace sprouts spelled with any similar? Just maybe?

Yes, I'll just get very similar.
