Roasted pilaf with quinoa and amaranth - from Diana and Galia

Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup cooked amaranth
1/4 cup millet (uncooked)
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1 cup oat milk or other milk Core
brown sugar for sprinkling
Method
Mix all the ingredients you finish with cinnamon and nutmeg. Divide the mixture into 2 or 3 refractory bowls. Place bowls on a tray and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated moderate oven. Sprinkle with brown sugar and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes. Pilaf served warm or chilled.

Danny, why put the bowls in the pan, lest bake in a water bath? I guess moderate oven? Brown sugar for sprinkling extra or is it one spoon mentioned in the products?

Roasting is a water bath bowls in a baking pan for convenience, or of the bars could also. Moderate oven. Brown sugar for sprinkling is further, one spoon is added to the basic mixture.
