Fried eggplant with honey

Ingredients
500 g of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 eggplant
# breading:
250 ml carbonated water
200-300 g flour
1 tsp sugar
honey
jam fruit

Method
Eggplant peel and cut into 1 cm thick sticks. Soaked in milk, along with the salt and pepper at least an hour before breading. The more the better, such as overnight. For the breading in a well chilled soda water add flour until a density as cake. And add sugar. Eggplant sticks are rolled in flour, then dip in the breading. Fry the hot sunflower oil - to swim. Finished rods are arranged on one side of a large plate, always cross - 3x3. Sprinkled with plenty of honey, and the rest of the dish pour the sweet (more ryadichko to not hold much sticks) * Ask guests what they think eating - very fun.

Eggplant with honey, very interesting for me but I guess that is tasty, passes to favorites to order. I guess with freshwater hot sauce will be perfect.

And I like the idea :) How much is 1 soda?
