Grilled vegetables

Ingredients
eggplant
courgettes
carrots
fresh peppers
onion
several cloves of garlic
the juice of 1 lemon
oil
soy sauce
salt
1 bunch dill

Method
The type and quantity of vegetables are optional, I used here 2 eggplants, 4 small zucchini and 3 medium carrots. The vegetables are cut lengthwise into thin strips, add salt and leave in a colander or inclined pan to drain their water (especially the eggplant, or may taste bitter). Then pour in lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil and garlic optional. Once stay about 30 minutes, baked on BBQ or grill pan and put in a container with a lid. can be directly eat as is or seasoned salad with a little salt, lemon juice, olive oil and dill. The ideal garnish for meat, chicken or fish.
