Filet-spindle with walnuts and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg beef fillet
2 tbsp (30 g) walnuts
10 (30 g) mushrooms marinated
1/2 bunch fresh onions
20 g butter
1 tsp ( 5 g) salt
pepper
Filet-spindle with walnuts and mushrooms

Method
Tenderloin is hammered with a wooden mallet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and some of the butter. Spread on top chopped onion, finely crushed walnuts and mushrooms, cut into julienne. Then the meat is rolled spindle, smeared with remaining butter and bake at BBQ.

great dish. Can be served with Tartar sauce.

meat and sprinkle with salt and put in the stuffing cheese and ham cut into julienne. Then it Breaded spindle.

Very good recipe. Tomorrow I will try. Will certainly be tasty and pork.
