Potato soup with soup thickener

Ingredients
1 onion
1 carrot
4-5 potatoes
1.5 - 2 liters of water
1 tsp lovage, thyme and celery
25 g rice or vermicelli
salt
# For soup thickenerta:
1 yolk
3 tbsp yogurt
2-3 drops of lemon juice or vinegar
parsley
sunflower oil

Method
Saute chopped onion and grated carrot grater with a little sunflower oil in a saucepan. Then add the sliced ​​potatoes into small cubes and mix. In a saucepan pour the water and leave to boil, then add lovage, thyme, celery, and salt, and let the vegetables boiled. After their cooking add the rice (vermicelli) and leave to boil completely. While the rice is cooked on fire in a bowl beat the egg yolk, add the yogurt, stirring and pouring 2-3 drops of lemon juice or vinegar and again stirring. When the rice is ready blast of fire eating and valleys 1-2 ladles of hot liquid in the soup thickenerta and confuse in order to align the temperature of the soup and soup thickenerta in order not to cross eating. Pour the mixture from the bowl into the pan and stir slowly until a homogeneous mixture.
