Ingredients
500 g of boiled sausage
4-5 onions
1 large tomato
10 prunes
1 tbsp flour
1 bay leaf
50 ml red wine
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
Onions, cut into julienne, stew in the oil and 2-3 tbsp water. Add the grated tomato, sliced sausage and dried plums. Sprinkle with flour and make some hot water. If need be, add salt. After 10 minutes, pour the wine, put it bay leaf and simmer 5-6 minutes.

I thought of it because now is the season of dried fruits.
I've never cooked with prunes and I have no idea what is the taste of the dish tempted to cook, but do not know how to take it home :)
Plums impart a sweet taste, if you put less.
Today I tried the dish exactly the recipe, my mazh loves dishes SAS prunes and many onions, but cool sausage baked and not boiled may be more interesting.
