1.3 kg veal
2 cup rice
1 carrot
2 peppers
2 onions

1/2 cup sunflower oil

Method
Beef is boiled in a pressure cooker until ready, tearing on large pieces and put in a baking dish. In a pan fry the chopped onion, carrot and pepper and add the washed rice Fry until golden and add to the meat, pour 6 cups broth from the pot in which it is boiled meat seasoned with spices and bake in the oven at about 220 C.
