Chicken with walnuts

Ingredients
1 chicken
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup water
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts
4 cloves garlic
pepper
vinegar
Method
Cutting the chicken into portions, place in a pan with water, the oil and a little salt and bake in the oven. When the chicken get golden brown, remove and move into another vessel, and the rest of it pour sauce into a bowl. Crush the walnuts, garlic, pepper, salt and vinegar to taste and pour it all in the sauce from the chicken. Pour the chicken with the resulting sauce to stand for some time. Serve the cooked chicken with sauce in a separate sauce-boat.

Last night I made it home and *allowed* licking your fingers :) Even the kid eat it, which is a record considering that is fastidious :)
