Ingredients
800 g mushrooms
300 g cream (cooking)
100 g blue cheese
60 g butter
salt
white wine
Method
First wash and cut mushrooms in large pieces (if in small pieces two are larger in four), and then fried in the butter with salt - it is important to acquire a golden hue. Then mushrooms are added to the blue cheese (cut into small cubes) and once melted add the cream. Allow to boil a little and served. Optional to cook until mushrooms can be added and some wine.

What flavor will not be the same, I do not know whether there is another cheese with such a strong flavor. But I guess I can become and mushrooms in cream sauce :)
