Ingredients
500 g macaroni

3 sprigs parsley, basil, salt
2 onions
# For the Béchamel sauce:
3 yolks
1 liter milk
6 tbsp yogurt
4 tbsp flour
turmeric
25 g butter
# Extra:
olive or sunflower oil
feta cheese Parmesan

Method
Boil macaroni, drain is then saute again drain the fat. Separately for Bolognese sauce fry the onions and minced meat, then as braised and add the tomato paste and chopped parsley and basil. Add salt. Take a medium-sized pan. Anointed her by lightly with olive oil or sunflower oil and put the little pasta, enough to cover the pan with a thin layer of them. On pasta put the sauce Bolognese and sprinkle with Parmesan. During this time we have made Bechamel sauce - Beat yolks, add the yogurt and half of the milk and stirring again. In a suitable container fry the flour in the butter and add half of the milk. Stir until slightly thickened and then add the mixture of egg yolks, milk and yogurt. Stir until the sauce thickens completely and then add turmeric. Put the tray in the second layer of pasta and put on it by the bechamel. Alternate so as the last layer must be the one with bechamel. Pastitsio pour the rest of the bechamel and Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake in preheated moderate oven.

Very tasty obtained. I stirred it pasta with Bolognese sauce, topped with Bechamel I poured (missed yolks). Cheese was *custom*. Mojto (photographed piece) without cheese.
It is very tasty indeed. This recipe know it from my grandmother who was a Greek. I might do much the same way, but stirring and two sauce with pasta again became very successful.
