Ingredients
1 melon
250 g watermelon
300 g apricots
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp whiskey
pinch of cinnamon
brown sugar
ground walnuts
Method
Watermelon and melon cut into cubes. Apricots are cleared from the stones and cut into cubes. Mix everything in a large bowl. Into a suitable container confuse honey, whiskey and cinnamon until the marinade to flavor the fruit. When the salad is ready served in flat cocktail glasses or bowls of cream, sprinkled with brown sugar and ground walnuts. It is better to be served slightly chilled.
