Ingredients
400 g skinless sausages
30 g butter
120 g flour
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
salt

Method
Sifted flour with a little salt, eggs and some milk mix, broken well, add the remaining milk and the oil, stir again and the mixture was allowed to stand for a little. The skinless sausages are placed in an oiled baking dish and bake about 10 minutes. Pour dough and bake 15 minutes in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes in low oven.

Really tasty it. I put on the bottom of the pan tomato sauce with cumin, black pepper and other spices and eaten in no time :)

I only do not put a rising agent.
