Brie enveloped roses

Ingredients
1 round Brie (about 450 g)
colors of Rose
10 g gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 cup white wine
Method
The crust of the feta cheese cut from all sides. The rose petals are moistened with water and stick on all sides of the feta cheese. The gelatin is soaked in cold water. Once softened, mixed with the wine. Heat in a water bath until the gelatin melted completely. After cool down, smeared with a brush on pink petals. Allow to cool. Upon presentation is cut so that it is visible crust of roses. You can keep warm and liquid gelatin and arrange the leaves gradually.
