Garlic chicken nuggets

Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast
200 g breadcrumbs
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white wine
pikantina vegetable, pepper
2 clove garlic
sunflower oil
Method
Breasts are cut into strips of thickness 2 cm length of at least 7 cm and a width of 1 cm (thin strips). Add the spices, then put the wine and soy sauce, and finally put the garlic, finely chopped. All left for at least half an hour in the refrigerator. Then each piece to add some breadcrumbs and clutching hand nice to be able to stick a nice breadcrumbs and fry in hot sunflower oil until browned. Serve with a slice of lemon and garnish optional.
