Carp Vodenicharski of village Doroshma

Ingredients
1.5 kg carp
50-100 g bacon
200 ml cream
200 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 green peppers
1 onion
1 tsp red pepper
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Carp is filleted, cleaned the bones, cut into slices with a length of 3.4 cm and shpikova. Fillets are wrapped with pieces of bacon and fry in the oil. Then subtracted. In the same oil fry the chopped onion, sprinkle with paprika. Mushrooms cut into strips, peppers - squares and add to the onion. Fillets return to the finished sauce.
