Spinach Salad

Ingredients
500 g of spinach leaves
2 eggs
1 tsp capers
salt
vegetable oil
vinegar
Method
Eggs are cooked. Wash spinach, infused and allowed to cool. Cut in large pieces and mixed with chopped eggs, chopped capers, vinegar and vegetable oil. Season with salt and serve immediately.
