Fried vegetables

Ingredients
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
2 zucchini
2 eggplants
2 carrots
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
1 hot pepper (optional)
50 g chopped green olives
1 pickle
lemon juice
salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
The clean onion cut into strips and fry with garlic. Remove and put in a bowl. Courgettes and eggplants peeled cut into cubes or slices and fry. Fry and chopped pepper, remove and finally fried carrots with chilli. Fried vegetables are placed in the bowl. Add salt, diced pickled cucumber, green olives and lemon juice, stir.
