The butter mix with sugar until white. Add egg yolks, salt and flour. Kneaded dough which is divided into two parts. To one part add cocoa and kneaded well. Dough shrinks separately in greased paper with butter (nylon) and stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Is rolled on two separate sheets with thickness 6-7 mm. Place the dough on the bright and dark rolled up. Shrinks in paper and stand 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then cut into slices 1-2 cm thick and bake at 180 C. Hot is smeared with broken white and sprinkle with sugar crystals.

Cool, I like the economical, fast and look great. Will try very soon.

Hello, today tested the recipe and I have to admit disappointment. In my life experience in the kitchen handful of things where I do not like and I do not get right. The dough is crumbly get mnoogo could even be rolled up. This here is the result, but also vusa not meet my expectations, unfortunately.
