Fried corn flakes

Ingredients
200 g cornmeal
50 g cheese
20 g butter
fat frying

Method
In a saucepan pour 500 ml water and bring to boil. When the water boils, a thin stream pour the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon. Boil until ready and compression, about 30 minutes on medium heat. Add the butter and grated cheese and stir. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, pressing and equalized. When cool, cut into rods with a thickness of about 2 cm and a length of about 10 cm. Sprinkle with seasonings of your choice and fry in hot fat.
