Pork with potatoes country

Ingredients
600-700 g pork leg
6-7 potatoes
4 peppers
3 onions
3 carrots
1/2 bunch parsley
6-7 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp red pepper
salt

Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry in the hot sunflower oil. Suffocating under cover. Chop the onion, peppers - small pieces and grated carrots. Add to the meat and add salt. The dish is thickened with flour, seasoned with pepper and paprika and bay leaf. Pour about 200-300 ml water, stir and leave to simmer. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the stew. When the potatoes are soft, the dish is ready to serve.

yahniykata just did, but I made small changes, shredded 1 1/2 fresh tomato, put 2 dry peppers instead of raw and sprinkled yahniykata with fresh garlic and parsley. Became successful .. :)

I put everything in a pot raw meat only concoct it in advance. No wonder it!

it will be the menu for tomorrow :)

gold, thanks! :) It was delicious yahniyka, like us! I was not prepared until now stew with pork. Capricious our son is of the opinion that pork cooked in a pot is not for eating. Pork was just grilled and oven! ;) But today spoke, it was delicious! :) I'm sorry, but I had no time for photo ... :)
