Ingredients
200 g flour
6 tbsp olive oil
200 ml water
1 egg
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
1 kg onion
2 sprigs fresh garlic
4 eggs
4 tbsp olive oil
Method
Prepare the dough from the products concerned. Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour. Divide by two and one half cover bottom of pan. Chopped onion and garlic fry until golden, then the mixture is spread over the dough, pour in beaten eggs and rolls with the second crust. Bake 45 minutes in the oven at 220 C. Serve cold with a green salad and jug of white wine.
