Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
1-2 with. L. Yogurt
1 tsp cumin
1 slice of bread (thicker)
1/3 bunch parsley
breadcrumbs for tumbling
salt, pepper
1 tsp baking soda (top)
sunflower oil

Method
Everything is kneaded without breadcrumbs and the oil. From the resulting mixture was formed patty, flattened and rolled in bread crumbs. Fry in a highly heated sunflower oil.

Perhaps minced meat made from minced meat ...
Schnitzel is a piece of meat, of German Schnitzel - a sense snippet izryazak. Cutlets, which are made from minced meat is minced say. This was so even at the time when I worked in Sunny. Beach - there in every restaurant menu was chopping breaded schnitzel - breaded really great meatball:-)
