Stuffed Chicken Indian

1 large chicken
2-3 potatoes
400 g yogurt
4 cloves garlic
150 g roasted cashew
50 g raisins
2 eggs
1 onion
1 bunch parsley
125 g butter
salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger
Chicken washed and cleaned, dried and marinate overnight in the refrigerator with the following mixture: yogurt mixed with crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Chicken is well coated inside and outside. Optional can remove the skin. Boil potatoes and eggs. Peel and cut into cubes. Onions is cleaned and cut into small pieces. In a pan becomes heated half butter (inside and put a little sunflower oil, to prevent burning the butter). It fry the onion, add the cashews, and then potatoes, eggs and finally raisins. Reduce the temperature of 200-220 C and dozapicha. After baking remove the thread and chicken cut into pieces portioned. Serve with some of the stuffing and salad of your choice.
