Ingredients
3-4 zucchini
5 heaped tbsp semolina
3-4 eggs
300 g feta cheese
sunflower oil
dill
garlic
Method
Shredded zucchini (I peeled them) in large pieces grater and spread in the pan. Add the semolina, the oil, beaten eggs, the feta cheese and garlic. If the feta cheese is savory, do not add extra salt. Tampering with dill. All mix well and bake in oven until golden 190-200C.
