Beef heart with cream

Ingredients
1 beef heart
1 stalk leek
100 ml cream for cooking
1 tbsp mustard
pepper, salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
50 g butter
olive oil

Method
Cut heart marinated with lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt. We leave in the refrigerator, covered, for 1 hour. In a pan heat them to the butter and olive oil and heart stew for 15 minutes. Add the leeks cut into rings and cream. Stew for another 10 minutes.
