1 chicken
500 g potatoes
100 g cheese
30 g butter
salt
white pepper

Method
The chicken is boiled in salted water and boned. Separately boil potatoes namachvat is still warm, add salt and smash with the butter. In an oiled dish spread puree (desirable is not very hard), top ranked chicken being pressed puree, sprinkle with white pepper. Grate the cheese on top and bake in the oven until browned.

recipe is great! Added and fried onion in olive oil to the potatoes and chicken broth to not dry puree. It was very tasty!
