1 ragout / skeleton salmon (or zander)
2-3 dried chillies
1-2 carrots
1-2 potatoes
4-5 cloves garlic
1-2 red onion
1 vegetable stock cube
2-3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
In appropriate pot pour water and leave to boil. After boil Put the fish with a little salt. While the fish is cooked potatoes cut into 1-2 and 1-2 carrots finely. The amount of potatoes and carrots are evaluated depending on whether you like the soup more rare or more thick. Once the fish is cooked is removed from the water and leave to cool. Put the water in the potatoes and carrots. While they are cooked, boned fish. When the carrots and potatoes are almost cooked fish back into the water. Roast 2-3 dry chillies and cut into the soup. Roast garlic cloves and put goals and separately unroasted 1-2 cloves, cut into slices. Red onion cut into in large pieces and also Bake part of it. Add 1 vegetable soup - the broth is savory, so early put less salt, not pressing soup.Allow the soup to simmer for 10-15 minutes to dissolve bouillon and cooked onion. Once soup is ready be removed from the heat. into a suitable container heat 2-3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil, so start begin to smoke. Pour the hot oil in the soup while stirring (watch sprayed). Close the pan with a lid and leave to stand for ten minutes.

zadylzhitelno will try, sounds pretty tasty

It is really delicious. My son only eats one soup. Instead of salmon can use another white fish.

Honestly ... something I lose meaning. Stew (ragout) is a type of dish. Take advantage of ready-cooked salmon, to make soup you? Furthermore, salmon is not white fish. Are you talking about the different fish? Which portion of the fish benefits that have to be boned?

I do not use cooked salmon. In Piccadilly sell ragout of salmon, which is the backbone of the fish after the fillets are separated from it. Leave enough meat for soup. Can be used and washer or fillet of salmon. In the event that no salmon may be replaced with other white fish is easily boned. Predatory fish have only spine and rib bones. So choosing the fish leave you. I prepare soup with salmon mainly because it is not greasy and my son we prefer it.

Salmon is not white fish I had in mind that it can be replaced.

Thank you for the reply. That in Piccadilly are looking for residual product name and christened it the Ragout for not telling skeleton, does not mean that I have to think. The remark was not addressed to you, do not misunderstand me.

I bought salmon Rosado, a ragout roll-skeleton ... Although 4f'm not used to fish soups I liked ...!

Yes, it is said in Argentina - ragout ... Yesterday I went to Chinatown and its They bought many fish and incidentally on ragout, but without head ..Otherwise salmon / salmon / fillet is expensive. So today I will do and soup, it will put and alga nori, it's kind of algae it is wrapped sushi_to ..
