Shortcake Nezzie

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower oil
400 g yogurt
1 tbsp baking soda (equal)
2. cup sugar
2. tbsp cocoa
2 cup flour
3 vanilla
1 egg white
# For the cream:
1 yolk
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
vanilla 1
2 tbsp margarine (peak)

Method
Milk and soda crash with sugar, cocoa, flour and the oil (with mixer). Add 3 vanilla. After the break it all added egg white from the egg, broken with a fork and stir the mixture. Pour into greased pan with sunflower oil and bake in preheated oven at medium temperature around 180C. For the cream, egg yolk mix with 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Insert 1 tbsp cocoa, add 1 vanilla 2 tbsp of margarine peak. Stirring it with a mixer. Once cooled cake smeared with cream. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate or walnuts and put in refrigerator to stand 1-2 hours.
