500 g red onion
500 g carrots
500 g peppers peppers - red, green
1 head celery stalks and leaves
2 bunches of parsley roots
250 g salt

Ingredients are cut small cubes. Add salt. Mix and pour into dry jars with screw caps. Keep in a cool and dark. Put it in 1-2 tbsp in soups, stews, sauces, rice.

Great, I do such a mixture, but I loose roll out a large baking pan, freeze it with the baking pan, and then transfer to bags. It is not a frozen loose nugget, but as knock the bag and is ready embankment. Do not put salt, but it is a matter of preference.
