Rye buns

Ingredients
500 g flour - rye-wheat mixture
7 g of dry yeast or 20 g fresh
1-2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil
seed mix for sprinkling optional
lukewarm water as a soft dough

Method
Mix in a bowl dried products, add the oil and water and stirring until mixture semi. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes and kneading flour until soft dough. Separation of 6 balls and redim them in an oiled dish, greased with plenty of fat and leave to rise again about 30-40 minutes. Rasim seeds and bake in preheated oven until ready. Optional we can add the seeds and in the dough before kneading flour.
