Cinnamon snails with caramel

Ingredients
# For the dough:
3 cups flour (can add more if needed)
3 tsp dry yeast instantaneously
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup milk (not hot, warm)
115 g butter (melted)
# For the caramel:
90 g butter (melted)
4 tbsp honey
2 vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whole walnuts
# For Cinnamon filling:
10 g cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp flour

Method
Dough: In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients nice dough (yeast is instantaneously and there is no need to pre-dissolve in liquid), melt the butter and mix it with milk. Melani, interesting recipe and nice pictures. But could you clarify certain things: the size of the baking pan can be rectangular and have a diameter; 1/2. H. OBJECTIVES walnuts are 4 -5 nuts, then write: *Sprinkle walnuts over caramel ...* which leads to the thought that should be crushed.

Tillia, rectangular baking pan (baking pan used on the stove), but even to use two smaller no problem. Just divide the caramel evenly. And walnuts, the amount is not specified.
