Method
Flour is kneaded in a standard way - the flour does well, put the salt sugar the oil and vinegar added yeast dissolved in 150 ml lukewarm water or milk and mix from time to time make more lukewarm water until soft dough that does not stick to hands. Allow to rise in a warm place. Then again knead lightly and the dough is divided into 3 balls, 2 of which are identical and 3 smaller. Roll out or hand pull in the form of pineapple, then smeared rind with little sunflower oil and is distributed mayonnaise and put the chopped skinless sausage, crumbled feta cheese, cheese cubes and processed cheese cubes. Make a second crust and looking to be quite a bit more than before, in order to fell forward and cover the first sheet and pressed the edges nice to stick two sheets. Then with a fork is pricked to several places. The third ball is rolled into a thin sheet and using a small round shape (I used cap) cut round shapes and lining slightly above zatstapeni to shape pineapple. Then forms the upper part as a small cap, which in essence is a green pineapple. Everything is complete with a small brush paint the pita with beaten yolk and bake in moderate oven at 180C until ready.
