Ingredients
1 kg peppers
1 kg tomatoes
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Method
Peppers are washed and dried, cut in length and cleaned of seeds and stalks. Add salt and fry on both sides until lightly browned. In the same fat, sauté minced meat or grated tomatoes until a medium thick sauce. To the sauce add sliced garlic cloves, parsley, sugar and salt. Fried peppers arranged in bowls and pour the prepared sauce.

Super favorites are my family.
A lot of them love these peppers. When no sauce are a wonderful side dish for various meats grilled or in the oven.
I do not slice the peppers and fry them whole and in each I put a piece of hard cheese, peel them and put them into tomato sauce.
