Thuringian pie with onions

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
50 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1/4 cup (50 ml) milk
20 g yeast
750 g onion
100 g salo
2 eggs
caraway
salt

Method
Sift the flour, add the dissolved yeast in lukewarm milk and the butter, a pinch of salt and sugar kneaded well. Allow 30 minutes to rise. Roll out the dough, put it on a greased baking dish with butter and leave to rise again. Onion stew slightly in diced salo, remove from heat and add eggs. The mixture is seasoned with a little salt and caraway seeds, spread on the dough and bake in a moderate oven. Canoes served hot.

Comments

For the filling used chanterelle mushrooms, green onions, parmesan cheese and whole boiled eggs. I divided the dough in two balls to have a lid of dough covered with yolk.
