Ingredients
          1 Sulka
          1 kg sea salt
          2-3 scallions
          pepper, salt
          1 lemon
          basil
          lemon juice

          Method
              Fish is cleaned and washed. Marinate for about an hour with pepper, basil and lemon juice. Fill with fresh onion finely chopped pieces of lemon. Place on a baking tray and cover with sea salt. Bake about 45-50 minutes on medium heat.

Many interesting thing ... what a fish is Sulka?
Freshwater, predatory, white. It is very delicious.
I looked for and found the info, I know it as whitefish. Interestingly, fillets that I buy here are long only about 20 cm, i. E. Quite small. With skin are visible black lines cross that read only found in young fish. Predpolavam your fish is greater, can you tell me the size and weight it (naturally approximately :))
