Caps burek with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
1 jar (800 g) roasted peppers
3 boiled potatoes
100 g feta cheese
50 g cheese
egg 1
2 sprigs of dill
2 pinches ground black pepper
salt
# For the batter:
breadcrumbs
1 egg
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Potatoes are creased, add grated cheese and feta cheese, chopped dill, salt, pepper and egg. Mix well. Peppers filled with the mixture, dip in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in heated sunflower oil.

idea was this dish to replace the eggs with potatoes to a minimum, the next time it will prepare as roll and bake it in the oven to avoid and frying.

I knew it would become very delicious! Already our favorite!
