Sausage with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
4 raw sausages
250-300 g rice
150 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 carrot
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, savory

Method
The sausages were cut into halves as each separately - a comb. Fry them in hot sunflower oil on all sides briefly and removed. In the same fat, sauté with a little water finely chopped onion and carrot. If you use raw mushrooms, add them and them. Add the washed rice and stew for about 5 minutes. Everything is transferred to the pan, and also mushrooms if they are marinated or blanched. Make up 2-3 cup water and flavored with spices. Bake in preheated moderate oven until ready rice.

Today for the first time I did it, even for the first time cooked rice and it was pretty good except that I put a little more oil. :)
