Ingredients
800 g pork Box
3 onions
1 carrot
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sunflower oil
spices of your choice

Method
Pork fillets cut into steaks, but not cut to the end . Allow least up to then can be easily shaped in a circle. Between each steak put circle onion and carrot, watered with the oil, soy sauce, spices - salt, pepper, savory - and bake in the oven at 200C for about 15 minutes (or mode). Serve with mashed potatoes or salad.

Petya, I like an idea and certainly good taste! Would you answer me, really baked for 15 min. At 200C. MY oven would not cope in such a short time. And the pictures do not look alangle! Thanks in advance! :)
