Muffins with vanilla cream and marzipan

3 eggs
2 cup sugar
2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
10 g baking powder
vanilla 1
2 and 1/4 cup flour
400 g ready vanilla cream cake
250 g marzipan

In a large bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar. After the addition of fresh milk and in a thin stream is added, and 1 cup sunflower oil. With the flour mix baking powder and vanilla and began to gradually added along with the flour and add the other cup of sunflower oil, again in a thin stream. The whole was stirred at the highest level of the mixer. finished vanilla cream can be made from a packet or a recipe of your choice. Cool. Heat the oven to 180 C and the mixture is poured into molds for muffins, Bake about 10-12 minutes. Once the muffins are ready to leave to cool completely. Cool muffins covered with cream and decorate with cut from Roll marzipan figurines.

Use different vanilla cream, roughly receives about 400 grams. and enough to cover 34 muffins. Marzipan is 250 grams.
