Method
Beat the cottage cheese with sugar and divide into 2 equal parts. In one part add the grated ginger (this part will be snow), the other - chocolate and raisins. On top put paper (transparent foil) so that they can line up three columns biscuits (3-4 column). In the center put a row biscuits soaked the top of the coffee. On both sides put the white cottage cheese, leaving less of it, possibly trimming the house. On the cottage cheese arrange the remaining 6 (or 8) biscuits soaked in coffee. On the central line biscuits place the cottage cheese with cocoa and fruit. Using a paper lift end rows biscuits to form the house. Top add the remaining white cottage cheese, to create the impression of snow hat. Thus, as in the paper, the house is placed for several hours in a refrigerator, then the paper is removed and dessert cut to pieces.

Super idea for Christmas!

Such roll do for many years with buttercream. Will now try with curd and hope I get the photographs. I worry about the cream of the cream cheese, whether blender or mixer to break it to become smooth?

I also thought that diversity can not be done with other cream. You give me an idea that home will opt / although to me personally that my cream-like, in light of my /. Something I hang around the head with walnuts, but I still can not orient. Nearing Christmas holidays I'll think.

Ina very tasty house became! Prepare quickly and easily and is very effective. :) In the curd with cocoa and fruit put chopped nuts and crushed chocolate (I had left over from another cake). Added flavor and rum, and the white curd - vanilla. Top sprinkled with white chocolate.

Rennie, great looks! Filling your very tasty! Beautiful pictures! :)

Reni golden hands you have, create only beautiful things.

Ina, flowers, thank you :)
