Ingredients
4 eggs
180 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
130 g flour
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
jam blueberries

Method
Beat eggs with sugar, add the oil, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Bake in a tray 25 cm of 180C, 30 minutes. Once cool a bit applied blueberries. A very light and fluffy pie.

Fast, easy, prepared the mixture for about 10 minutes, firing took me 20 minutes. Nice pie camp, I had guests and gone.
